First Time Visits

In an effort to help fight rising healthcare costs, premiums, and co-pays, our office no longer utilizes insurance. Instead, we have created our own, more affordable, payment options, that we find better meets the needs of our patients in maximizing affordable chiropractic care.

First Time Visit: 

 

There is NO additional charge for your initial examination.

  • A thorough Chiropractic, Neurological, and Orthopedic examination is performed.

  • You can fill out the paperwork in the office, or print it off and bring it with you.

  • We request that you schedule your 45-minute initial visit ahead of time

  • Please bring any prior X-Ray, MRI, and medical records you may have with you to the initial visit.
